ActiveWatches will honor returns and exchanges of watches sent back to us within 30 days of the original purchase—no matter the reason.

Conditions:

  • The returned or exchanged watch must be in original condition.
  • The returned or exchanged watch must be postmarked no later than 30 days of original purchase.
  • Unless the exchange or return is due to the fault of ActiveWatches, the customer shall be liable for shipment and handling costs associated with returns and exchanges (including, in the case of exchanges, shipment of another watch to the customer).

Because ActiveWatches does not keep credit card information, a refund requires you to give ActiveWatches credit card information related to your original purchase.

ActiveWatches is not liable for damage and malfunction caused by the customer. Beyond the first thirty days of purchase, ActiveWatches is not liable for damage and malfunction arising from product defect. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly when product defects occur after the first thirty days of purchase. Manufacturers’ contact information is listed in the product brochure included in your purchase. Many manufacturers provide a limited guarantee and the extent of the guarantee varies by manufacturer. Because ActiveWatches is a licensed retailer of each watch it sells, manufacturers will honor guarantees for watches purchased from ActiveWatches.
