Return and Exchange Policy
Ordering from ActiveWatches constitutes agreement to ActiveWatches’ return and exchange policy. Put simply, we’ll honor any return or exchange, so long as the watch is shipped back to us within thirty days of purchase and remains in original condition. Shipping and Handling Policy
Ordering from ActiveWatches constitutes agreement to ActiveWatches’ shipping and handling policy. ActiveWatches is not liable for damages and loss arising as a result of shipment, but takes every step to ensure that your watch is protected throughout the shipment process. Damage, Malfunction, and Warranty
ActiveWatches is not liable for damage and malfunction caused by the customer. Beyond the first thirty days of purchase, ActiveWatches is not liable for damage and malfunction arising from product defect. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly when product defects occur after the first thirty days of purchase. Manufacturers’ contact information is listed in the product brochure included in your purchase. Many manufacturers provide a limited guarantee and the extent of the guarantee varies by manufacturer. Because ActiveWatches is a licensed retailer of each watch it sells, manufacturers will honor guarantees for watches purchased from ActiveWatches.

Product Information
ActiveWatches makes every attempt to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information that it provides on its website. Consistent with our philosophy of providing the best possible service to our customers, our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about each watch sold through ActiveWatches.
However, ActiveWatches cannot warrant the accuracy of every watch specification provided on ActiveWatches. ActiveWatches publishes size and weight specifications provided by manufacturers, and does not conduct its own tests to confirm the accuracy of those specifications.
Because every computer is different, each watch may not be accurately represented in terms of size and color.
Applicable Law
Visitors and customers of ActiveWatches agree that the laws of the state of Delaware govern these conditions of use and any dispute that may arise between the visitor or customer and ActiveWatches, notwithstanding any applicable conflict laws.
Product Availability
ActiveWatches endeavors to have every watch available in stock for immediate shipment upon purchase. On rare occasions, however, a product may be out of stock before ActiveWatches is able to notify customers. In cases where an out-of-stock watch has been purchased, ActiveWatches will notify the customer immediately and make every effort to satisfy the customer’s needs.
Third-Party Content
To ensure the best possible service and features, ActiveWatches may publish third-party content on its website. Such content may consist of, for example, product reviews and/or third-party advertising. ActiveWatches cannot represent or warrant the accuracy of the content and, thus, is not liable for the content.
ActiveWatches reserves the right to publish only content that it believes is relevant and appropriate.
